My mom and I have both seen this movie, so I know it exists. It's a story about a kid (who may or may not have a disease such as dwarfism) and he befriends another kid who's huge, life football build huge, but they're both children (the big kid is no older than 13-15). They both get picked on for being different and they decide to ban together and the younger, littler kid rides on the shoulders of the bigger kid (and I think taps his head for directional maneuvering) and they get back at the kids who teased them. I have an inkling that this movie has a one word name. I want to say it's something like "Monster," but the only reference I can find to that is the Charlize Theron flick, which this is way older than. I think it came out in the early 90s.
